More about this artwork
In the painting, there's a jovial scene featuring an oversized white goose captured mid-motion, its wings flapping energetically. It’s ridden by a cheerful young boy wearing a bright orange coat. He holds a pair of scissors in one hand and is elevated above the ground by the goose. Below them, several feathers, presumably from the goose, are scattered in the air, adding a sense of movement to the scene. Both the child and the goose have animated expressions, suggesting a moment of playful adventure.
