More about this artwork

The painting captures the delicate beauty of irises, rendered in soft, subtle colors. Two prominent irises dominate the composition, one a deep, rich blue with velvety textures and the other a radiant white tinged with yellow at its heart. Both flowers showcase intricate details in their petals and are surrounded by slender green leaves standing upright and slightly curved, evoking a sense of gentle movement. An understated grey gradient background complements the naturalistic portrayal, putting the focus on the vibrancy and elegance of the irises. Subtle hints of red, appearing on parts of the foliage, add a touch of contrast to the otherwise cool palette.
