More about this artwork

Three women are depicted in this painting, each draped in flowing golden robes that shimmer with light and texture. They recline leisurely against an ornate backdrop of patterned tapestries, their relaxed postures suggesting a scene of serene repose. The two women on the left appear to be in a state of sleep, their heads tilted in a gentle slumber. The woman on the right, however, remains awake, her gaze thoughtful and slightly distant, as though lost in contemplation. The luxuriant setting is enriched with filigree patterns and soft, delicate fabrics, contributing to an overall sense of calm and dreaminess.
