The artwork depicts a female figure surrounded by multiple fish floating around her as if submerged underwater. She has a complexion painted in shades of azure and crimson, highlighted against a dark, shadowy background that fades into a deep red at the corners. Her expression is contemplative and serene, with her eyes slightly directed upwards. A lit cigarette is held delicately between her fingers, producing a wisp of smoke that trails up. Her hair, tinted with streaks of red, is loosely pulled back. One fish, significantly closer to the viewer, rests partly on her shoulder and against her neck, marked with a tattoo-like insignia of "love" on its side.
