More about this artwork

Arūnas Rutkus's captivating painting "Baltas rytas" (White Morning) combines sublime textures and a monochrome palette to explore themes of beauty, elegance, and mystery. This artwork features a figure in a backless dress adorned with intricate lace and cascading beads that seem to shimmer softly. The artist masterfully plays with light and texture, creating a sense of depth and serenity that beckons viewers to delve into a world of tranquil contemplation. The figure, poised gracefully with her head turned away from the viewer, adds an aura of enigma. Her posture and the luxurious textures of her garment convey a quiet, introspective moment, possibly at the dawn of a new day, as suggested by the title. Rutkus's use of muted, gentle tones enhances the overall feeling of calm and purity.
