In the painting, a slender figure, likely symbolic or angelic, is depicted amidst a magical, autumnal setting. This ethereal being appears to merge qualities of humanity with elements of nature, manifest in the delicate, leaf-like texture of the skin and the whorl of the hair mimicking petals or breezes. The figure is cloaked in a robe vibrant with rich, earthy patterns, resembling both the intricate motifs of lace and the geometric rigor of stained glass, primarily in shades of amber and burgundy.Held gently between elongated, graceful fingers are strings that suspend two scales. On one hangs a simple white house, poised delicately with a sense of precarious stability, and on the other, a glowing orb, likely representing the moon, maintaining an equilibrium that infuses the scene with a sense of surreal calm. Surrounding the figure, leaves in tones that echo the sunset – golds, ambers, and browns – float and swirl, blurring the boundaries between the tangible and the imagined.

Artist's attention is directed towards the fragile, mysterious and rather gothic world of angels. Pale, solemn and gentle, the angels carry an ambience of sacred ubiquity to the background as well as the observer standing out perfectly over the rest of the vivid composition.
