The artist skillfully uses a harmonious blend of charcoal and warm red hues to highlight the contours and form of the body, creating a striking contrast against the muted, sketchy background. Enckell's delicate touches and fluid lines convey not only the physicality of the subject but also evoke a sense of vulnerability and introspection. This artwork exemplifies Enckell's affinity for exploring human emotion and form, marking his place in the tradition of fine art that celebrates the human figure as a source of aesthetic pleasure and complex symbolism.
