More about this artwork

The painting captures a poignant moment among a group of ballet dancers in a sunlit studio. In the foreground, a young dancer in a lilac tutu holds a contemplative posture, her gaze directed away from the viewer, enveloped in thought. Another dancer, also in a lilac tutu, stands closely beside her, her face partially visible as she looks directly forward with an expression of quiet reflection. The arms of the two dancers are gently intertwined, suggesting a moment of support or companionship. In the background, other dancers are engaged in various activities; one in a pale blue tutu rests with her head bowed down, perhaps fatigued or in introspection, and another adjusts her costume, her back facing towards the viewer. The studio is bathed in natural light streaming in from tall windows, casting shadows that mingle with the soft, diffuse light reflecting off the dancers' costumes and the wooden floor.

I am Serghei Ghetiu. Like all of you, dear viewers, I am an art lover. I paint since my childhood, but few years ago I started to devote to painting almost all of my time and now I can not stop. Art for me is embodiment of many notions, meditation, fulfillment of thoughts and ideas. I admire classical paintings, but also approve all directions of art. It will be pleasure for me if my works delight your eyes and mind.
