More about this artwork

The image depicts a tender moment in nature, featuring a cow standing in a grassy field with its young calf. The calf, significantly smaller in size, nestles close to its mother, drinking milk. The cow stands calmly, her head turned slightly as if watching out for any disturbances while her calf feeds. Both animals are rendered in fine, detailed lines that highlight their gentle forms and the texture of their fur. The surrounding landscape is lightly sketched, suggesting a peaceful, rural setting.
